Can you believe that Lambrini is 21? No!? Well neither can we. A lot’s changed over the years but the one thing that’s stayed the same is that since 1994, Lambrini has been the perfect partner to a fun night in with friends — and there’s always been great music to dance to!

Let’s look back at how Lambrini’s looked over the last 21 years with some of our all-time fave songs to bring back the memories!

1994 – Lambrini is born!

Doesn’t it seem like a long time ago since the first bottles of Lambrini were produced? Those bottles looked a bit different to the Lambrini that you see on the shelves now, but the contents were just as delicious! We share our birthday that year with a couple of famous names, like Harry Styles and Olympic diver Tom Daley, who were both born in 1994 too!

What better song from that year to describe Lambrini than Saturday Night by Whigfield?

1997

What a year 1997 was: the Spice Girls were riding high in the charts with Mama, and the first Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, was published. Lambrini was a hit too, firmly cementing its place as a favourite accompaniment to girly get-togethers!

1999

Pop music might have changed a lot since 1999, but honestly — who didn’t sing along to Steps’ mega-hit Tragedy at one of those great late-90s nights in? Meanwhile, in preparation for the new millennium, the Lambrini bottle had a make-over, tweaking the label into a more stylish oval.

2005

The incredible Live 8 concert was held at Wembley stadium, and we were glued to our TVs as the event took place. Meanwhile, we sang along into our hairbrushes to huge hits like Sugababes “Push The Button”, James Blunt’s “You’re Beautiful” and The Pussycat Dolls’ “Don’t Cha” — and Lambrini had a subtle name change from “Lambrini Bianco” to the “Lambrini Original” that we know and love today!

2011

2011 hardly seems like yesterday — and, heading into its 17th year, Lambrini’s label became sleeker and a bit more sophisticated. Not only that, by now Lambrini was available in a number of yummy flavours, including cherry, peach and rose. Sophisticated? Yummy? Sounds a bit like that cheeky chap Olly Murs who made our heart’s skip a beat with his catchy number one.

2015

Here we are at 21! You can’t let a landmark birthday like this pass by without a celebration and a makeover — so we had our biggest, most colourful and fab change yet, with a gorge new shimmering label and heart embossed bottle.

We’ve been celebrating all over the country with the #BringtheBrini tour and there’s a whole month of fun and celebration on our Twitter and Facebook feeds too.

It’s been a fabulous journey so far — here’s to the next 21 years!
