With summer rapidly approaching, the main thing on our mind is hitting the beach and taking in some glorious golden rays. Whether you like a city break with a beach or just a tranquil stretch of blue and gold, we know how tough choosing a beach destination can be – especially when there are SO many gorgeous places out there. So, to make your life a little easier, we’ve listed our all-time fave beach destinations. Sun, sea and sand ahoy!

Palma, Majorca

Where could be better to begin than sunny Spain? Palma, the capital of Majorca, is a beach destination that we’re obsessed with. With the buzz of the city and a beautiful beach to bask on, it’s incredible for excitement and relaxation alike. If you want it all – nightlife, sightseeing, shopping and, of course, sunbathing then Palma will be heaven on earth for you. We’re not sure what more a girl could need.

Sol D’en Serra, Ibiza

We LOVE Ibiza and, though it’s not the height of Ibiza’s party life, Sol D’en Serra is the beach that we adore. It feels magical and secret – like you’ve discovered your own private beach (just pretend that it’s not open to the public). Tucked into a small cove, with breathtaking cliffs all around, this is the perfect place for snorkelling, swimming, yoga and just lounging on the beach with a good book, in your most stylish bikini. Perf!

Ko Phi Phi, Thailand

Do you ever watch the film The Beach and daydream about getting lost in paradise with Leonardo Dicaprio? Well, what if we told you that it’s entirely possible? (Leo not included of course)! Ko Phi Phi (the part of Thailand where The Beach was filmed) has become an insanely popular destination for tourists over recent years. With beautiful bays, coral reefs, beautiful hills and the bluest of oceans, Ko Phi Phi really is a pocket of paradise. So, it’s no wonder we’ve selected it as one of our faves.

Key West, Florida

Although not the most popular part of Florida by a long shot, Key West really is beautiful. With amazing weather (outside of hurricane season), gorgeous beaches and all the coconuts you could ask for, this place is the height of relaxation. If sightseeing is your thing, there are also many things to see and do – although nothing quite beats gazing into the Florida Sea and taking in the Florida rays.

So, there you have it. If you’re yet to book a beach holiday this year then one of our top picks could perfect for you. Sunglasses and floppy hat at the ready!
