We’ve all been there – you’ve got 20 minutes before you need to leave for the airport and your suitcase just won’t close! And that’s without the two extra pairs of shoes you’re trying to get in it… a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes, right?
Fitting two weeks’ worth of fabulous holiday outfits into an airline-approved suitcase can be a tricky task, but we’re here to show you how. It’s all about streamlining…
First, start by rolling your clothes. Folding makes things bulky, whereas rolling is super space efficient and will stop your fave sundress getting squashed under your leather jacket. Next, stuff your pants and socks inside your shoes. Another great space saver that’ll also make sure your shoes keep their shape inside your suitcase.

Then start layering everything into your suitcase, starting with bigger, bulkier items and placing more delicate things on top. Think of it like a game of Tetris and everything will fit perfectly!
Finally, make sure your toiletries are sealed inside a plastic bag before you pack them – that way if anything leaks, your clothes are protected. Wrap glass perfume bottles in a sarong or beach towel so they won’t get smashed.
Save your fave straw fedora from getting crushed – wear it to the airport, rather than packing it with the rest of your stuff.
And you’re done, with plenty of time for a glass of Brini before you go!
