Rosebud Spritzer

lNGREDIENTS

4/5 Edible rosebuds

15ml Chambord

125ml Lambrini Blanc

10ml Egg white

10ml Lemon Juice

METHOD

Make a small amount of tea with the rose buds (70ml) shake the tea over ice with the Chambord lemon juice and egg white.

Top with Lambrini.

Garnish with rosebuds.
