25ml Crabbie’s Green ginger wine
25ml Pear purée
75ml Lambrini Blanc
Pear slice
Thyme Sprig
METHOD
To make pear purée, blend tinned pear slices in their syrup in a blender.
Stir ingredients over ice.
Garnish with a pear slice and thyme sprig.
